Ultrafast Dynamic Imaging Workshop

Venue The Blackett Laboratory, Imperial College London, UK Scope This three-day workshop explored the possibilities and the near future prospects for imaging matter at the sub-Angstrom spatial scale and the femtosecond and attosecond time-scales. There has been significant progress in recent years towards the goal of real time imaging of physical and chemical processes using both accelerator based (synchrotrons, FELs) and laser sources. It is therefore very timely to review in a single meeting the wide-ranging advances that have been taking place in this field. Format The workshop consisted of invited talks from leading scientists in the field, chaired discussion sessions and a poster session to which all participants were invited to apply.
